1. The 10% Booking Amount is the official project confirmation amount paid to proceed with Fabdiz and is non-refundable once paid.
2. Refunds for spot bookings secured with the deposit of ₹25,000 token amount are subject to the terms outlined below:
- Refund requests shall be accepted only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment. After this period, the amount shall become non-refundable.
- Refund requests within the eligible period shall be considered only upon submission of a valid competitor quotation with comparable scope, materials, and specifications.
- Refunds shall be applicable only in cases where Fabdiz is unable to match or better the verified offer.
