Breaking/drilling Rock:
Rock breaking or drilling expenses will be borne by Client.
Civil Engineer will be assigned for the project for inspection and monitoring the quality of work and progress.
Sheds would be constructed at site premises for material storage and Watchman/Labor.
Soil Testing will be done by us before starting the construction.
1. Car parking will be charged 75% of the built-up area.
2. Measurements for the super built-up area will be taken jointly.
3.Base prices for following items will be considered under package as follows,
a. Steel – Rs.56000 per ton
b. Cement – Rs. 380 per bag”
1. Depth of the footing upto 6′-0″ will be included in the package
2. Eccentric footing will be charged as per actuals.
3. Extra Reinforcement cost may vary unless advised in the drawings.(Due to Low SBC(<160), Additional floor Provision)
4. Slab thickness more than 6” will be charged extra.
5. SSM Below plinth beam will be additionally charged.
6. Provision for Lift will be additional as per actuals.
7.Backfilling with the availabe /excavated soil only .(soil brought from outside or from a distant position than it will charge extra)
